Semen on burn mark is it a risk?

Hello
Four weeks ago I had a cigarette burn at a bar. It wasnt so deep. Few hours later my partner came to my hand and some of his semen contacted with the burnmark and I felt a burning feeling. I wiped my finger off but I am very concerned with getting contacted with hiv. We didnt have penetrative sex. I know hiv needs direct access to blodsteam but does a cigarette burn considered as an open wound? Does it have an access to bloodsteam? I am very stressed for days and looking for symptoms so I would be glad if you can help me.

Thank you

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and is fragile so very hard to get. Only sex risks are penetrating unprotected vaginal or anal. Only non-sex risk is sharing needles that you inject with. You had none of these so are safe. The above science is 40 years old so well proven, and nothing you can add to your situation will make it a risk.
