Doubt

Hi Guys!
Firstly, sorry for english:)) I know it`s a lot of the same questions, but please help me with the answers.
I was very stupid.I had unprotected received oral and protected anal sex with transgender women. After this, i find the condom was broken in the end.  It was small hole, and i was realy scared it`s seem like she did it purposely. But she said i did not do it and i dont have hiv. I did not trust her. After 5 days i started feel symptoms: muscle aches, tiredness,fatigue,flu-like illness, sore throat, night sweat for few days, lymphs were hurts but not increased. Also liver ache. After few days it was gone but not completely. Now after 3 months i still feel my lymphs ,musclesache and i have white stuff on my tongue ,some small red spots and like foffered sides (i afraid it`s OHL)
I tested on 27s day PCR DNA,10 weeks NAAT ,11 and 13 weeks Oraquick Advanced(was yesterday). All came back negative.I also tested on STD`s-negative.
-Is it conclusive results , I am o`key or may be my immune system did not produce antibody yet,Is it possible I will be positive later.
-Is there somebody who had symptoms like this tested for hiv negative and then find what is goihg on.
Thank You very much for what you doing!!!
