If both me and my fiance tested negative for all stds including hiv 3 months after a possible exposure by me having a one night stand in which the condom broke what are the chances of that being a false negative and are there any different test methods used in canada and would the window period be considered the same as in the us also is it safe for me to have unprotected sex with her now as i have been using a condom since the exposure should i retest after 6 months as i have been told that 3 months is only 97% accurate
