Im back again with questions and your opinion.  I was in Vegas and had a girl on 2 separate nights.  The 1st one seemed to have a weird smell, maybe finishing her period.  I saw brown marks on her towel before she left.  I received a massage and received covered oral.  If for some reason blood/vag fluid entered my anus since she was sitting on my butt giving me a massage.   Is there reason for concern here?  I know its not practical but if blood did, is there a risk?  This happened on 1/29/11.

2nd occasion girl also gave nude massage.  However when i was lying on my back, her kneeling between my legs, she leaned over so i could suck her breasts.  My concern is my penis may have touched (hope it didnt enter) her vagina.  I had no protection.  A friend told me i would have known if my penis entered.  Im 99% sure i didnt since i tried to position my body with my penis facing up to be between our stomachs and remember seeing by penis head when sucking breasts.  But the 1% doubt of sticking it in has got me stressed since she was going to give me unprotected oral without condom.  I asked if she had condom and she said no.  
This happened on 1/31/11.

Today, 5 days later i developed some kind of rash, size of a quarter, near my armpit.  If feels like a rug burn type rash.  I also developed some kind of white skin on the left side of my tongue yesterday that came off when scratched.  Its didnt develop again on my tongue today. Are these normal early signs of ARS?

Regarding the rash.  If its ARS how long would the rash take to normally go away?  Is it 1-2 weeks?  The rash i had which i hope was heat rash was practically gone the next day.  I never got a rash from playing golf in the sun.  So this concerns me.

How could the symptoms be ARS when you haven't had a risk?

Thanks for your response.  This past week ive been experiencing slight pain in both arm pits and both sides of my groin (maybe swollen lymph nodes?).  I hope its from anxiety and stress from work.  But yesterday after a round of golf, i went home to find a rash from my chest to my shoulders on both sides.  It was quite hot and humit.  Im hoping it is heat rash.  But what worries me is i never experienced this type of rash before from being in the sun.  i had a shirt on so the rash area was covered.

Is this a symptom of ARS?  I dont recall having fever the last 3 weeks since my trip to Vegas.

Now im starting to wonder if i really did mistakenly enter my penis in her vagina without knowing.  This is quite stressful with the symptoms.  Already had sex with wife so now the stress is starting to kick in a lot that i might have infected her.

What is your opinion on my symptoms?

There are no HIV tests marketed or sold that will give a conclusive negative test result earlier than 3 months.

I have been reading the recent post by the doctors on this site.  Why are they now saying 8 weeks is conclusive.  What happened to the 3 months?

Is a rug burn type of rash an early sign of HIV?  Please also provide your opinion to my original post above.

I had 5-6 beers which normally wouldnt affect my judgement.  But my penis must have been close to her vagina if i was sucking her ****.  I know its very difficult based on the postion to go in to her vagina (Its like im straddling her upside down right??).  But i guess stress is trying to convince me it when in.

You would know if your penis entered her vagina, This is a no risk exposure.

Your symptoms have NOTHING to do with ARS as you were never at risk for contracting the HIV virus.
