concern about hiv transmition

i just wanted to ask if i can have hiv from touching with my hands , finger and nails used condoms which is leaking dick fluids and touching fluids ( men sperms ) as well.....
can i have hiv through out my nails ... i have not got any cuts or bleeding on my hand .....
i touched the used condom and the fuilds as well with my right hand..... and then i washed my both hands let and right with soap but the thing i have a very small cut on my left hand next to my nail .... will this put me at risk of hiv

even if the fluids gets in touch with my nails or the skin under my nails ...or any microscopic cuts on my hands?
