Good evening, 2 days ago I was in the hospital visiting a friend, in her bed there was a metal which they hangs fluids and blood in there, she asked me to charge her phone So I found a plug near this metal next thing I know the metal was inside my ear by mistake, i was wearing a head cover but still felt this metal inside my ear.
I’m freaking out if there was contaminated blood then it’s enter my ear.

Ear exposures to HIV do not exist.  The only ways to get HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles.  You can not get hiv from a phone charger, a metal thing in your ear or a head cover.  Air inactivates the virus.  Unless you do the three things I just mentioned (unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that are IV needles to INJECT drugs), you have no worry about hiv.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

NOTHING else you can think of would put you at risk for HIV.  You cannot get HIV through your ear, no matter what.
