HIV and other STD risk

I had protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral, as well as fingering with a girl I met from a dating website 5 weeks ago.
She isn't technically a csw but i know she is quit sexual active with a few partners.

I took 2 test already, a comprehensive STD test with HIV RNA test one week after exposure, and another comprehensive STD test with HIV antibody and p24 antigen two weeks after exposure. All came back negative except HSV 1 (I have HSV 1 since middle school, two outbreaks till now, last outbreak more than 5 years ago).

For now I have no symptoms or signs of HIV and any other STD, except a wound or say a sore on my finger.
Although the sore on the finger (not hard, painful when touch it)  is not like a typical chancre due to syphilis, I am still worried.

Do those two tests completely rule out HIV infection? How about other STDs like syphilis?
Is that necessary to take third test?

Thanks

You had no risk so you wasted your time testing for HIV. Only sex risks are unprotected penetrating anal or vaginal. Time to move on and enjoy life.
