Exposures ans lymph nodes

I'm going through some difficult times these days. I'm so scared and I just don't know what to do. In March of 2009, I met a 25 year old guy online. I was 18. I've never had sex before so I was very curious about it. We met and we did it. We made out for a long time and I performed oral sex on him. I didn't know anything about HIV back then so I didn't use a condom while sucking him for a very long time. Then he sucked me for a while too. We didn't ejaculate. We rubbed our penises together and the heads touched each other. I'm not sure if his precum was present, but it might've gotten inside of my urethra while rubbing our penises together. I know that making out carries no risk for transmission of HIV. And oral sex and frottage carry low risks as well. His status is unknown.

I am aware that some people don't experience ARS even if they got infected with HIV. I didn't experience any flu like symptoms after 2-4 weeks. But what's scary is that I started to feel swollen lymph nodes in July. I had burning sensation on the sides of my neck where I could feel small bean-sized lumps. I could also detect two lumps under the jaws. And after a year and a half, I can still feel them. I was examining my armpits today and discovered a small lump at the bottom of my left armpit close to my chest. I was very shocked and got scared. A few months ago, I felt a lump on my groin as well.

After my first incident back in April of 2009, I met a guy around my age this January. He wanted to do anal, so I made sure that he did it with a condom. As soon as it went into my anus, his condom broke and I quickly pulled it out. His penis was in me for literally a few seconds. I went to a doctor right after because I was so worried and he told me that I shouldn't worry.

A few months after that, I met with another guy who sucked my penis for literally 10 seconds or so. After about three weeks, I developed a cold (coughing with a lot of mucous, a headache, fatigue, congested and runny nose) that lasted about three days. No fever and rash. Could this have been ARS?

So that's my story. I do not know the HIV statuses of the three guys that I've fooled around with. But my question is am I in trouble? Should I be worried? I am just so scared because of the swollen lymph nodes. Do you think they're swollen because of HIV? I've read in the forum that swollen lymph nodes are caused by other diseases too, but what are they? If I'm not infected with HIV, is there a chance that I'm infected with other type of STD that could've caused enlargement of my lymph nodes?

Oral sex is not a risk of HIV transmission. The only risk you had was the condom failure during anal sex. You can test 3 months post exposure to obtain a conclusive test result.

I'm in exactly the same situation as you.  I'm really worried. The only thing that keeps me sane is knowing that I have an IgA deficiency, which is like a primary immunodeficiency disease.  I had GI problems, recently, and now I have weird stuff going on in my mouth.  My lymph nodes are swollen in my neck and groin.  Idk what to think.
