Extremely worried please help! urgent!

EXTREMELY Worried. Please help by responding immediately...
I am 31 years old and had a vaginal sex with a girl of unknown HIV status using two condoms at a time. It was my first sexual encounter. I ejaculated twice and both times I used double condoms as I changed after first ejaculation. Both times the condoms seemed to be intact and I could see my semen inside the condom. It's almost over 28 days now and since the past couple of days I have developed almost all symptoms like pain in the back (I have a history of L3 compression and pelvis hairline fracture in 2007), cough with something in throat, body ache,  night sweats, hot flashes through out the body, had stiffness and pain in the back of neck, not visible swollen lymph gland, had two time kind of diareah today.
Since the day after this exposure I was panic stricken with stress and anxiety and cannot sleep at all with insomnia like features and wake up at 2 or 3 or 4 am in the morning due to all sorts of weird thoughts. I am not sure if I really contracted HIV or the stress is taking its toll on me. I need help Please someone advice. DR. Please answer this. I am extemely worried and it's driving me crazy. What should I do? Someone please say something....

To be frank, I'm not a HIV expert and have recently had a slight scare myself.

What I am more aware of is anxiety. Having moved through this dark side of my life some years ago.

Now the only reason wearing two condoms isn't safe is because it increases the friction between   both of the condoms increasing the chance of the condoms breaking and leaving you open to exposure.
BUT THIS DIDN"T HAPPEN !!!  So in fact you were at the time 200% safer than normal.

Now as I said before I have been through anxiety, in fact I'm going through it a little now with this scare but I know what it is doing to me and I now know what the signs are and how to deal with it.

What you are experiencing is classic anxiety symptoms. The stomach thing.. Well it's the first to show signs of anxiety. The body moves blood away from your digestive system to your extremities in readiness for the fight or flight response. A natural instinct. This leaves your digestive system in a unnatural state so things don't move around so well down there hence the diahhrea etc.    But I stress here this is harmless and will return to normal as you calm down and move on from this. IT also explains all your other symptoms too. Trust me!! Been there, seen it, experienced it. What you have and more..

The only thing I did to stop it all was to trust the experts, move on and exercise. Now the exercise is important. Not only is it good for you and gets things working properly again but it reduces the stress hormone cortisol in your system and proves to yourself that your fine.

So please Sammy, stop looking on the internet for answers, focus on the positive that your fine with no exposure risk, take my advice and you will be fine.

Please let me know how you go.

But I had vigorous sex for a long time at least 30 mins or a bit more in gaps where I also changed condoms but I cleaned my penis after removing it first time and before wearing it second time. Is there a chance while doing that or vigorous sex could create minute holes in the condom for the virus to enter. The more I am thinking the more I am getting worried. I am in a different country don't know what to do and where to go.

You had protected sex which is 99.98% safe and hence there is no chance that you have caught HIV
The symptoms which you are experiencing is because of Anxiety and stress, for that consult a doctor.
Its 28days since your encounter, get a Test, the results will be Negative and 95% accurate and do it again at 3months which will be negative too.

1. This isn't the expert (Doctors')) forum.
2. "What should I do ?"  --- Nothing. Just try to get a grip on yourself.
3. NEVER PUT TWO CONDOMS ON AT THE SAME TIME. By doing that you increase friction between and increase the chances of breakage.
4. Your symptoms are not related to HIV. You didn't have a risk.
