Logic=

Sex + Unknown HIV Status + Sick after 3 weeks Post exposure
- 3 Month Conclusive Result of HIV plus unknown reason for symptoms =HIV Neg

Reason

You Caught a Virus from the dirty Prostitute, it was not HIV your body cleared the virus.

Any Virus you catch causes Seroconversion < that means your body adapts and makes anit-bodies.

Seroconversion is what happens when we FEEL sick

Recap You got sick (Seroconverted) THOUGHT it was HIV
Body made anit-bodies to whatever you had.

You tested Negative

You do not have HIV

There are roughly 500,000 know human viruses
And an estimated 300million we don’t know of
Think about it

Jump for joy my friend and give yourself a big hug.

Relax, 3 months is very conclusive. The chances of a male contracting HIV from a female WITHOUT a condom is about 1/1000 according to literature. Your odds are still a lot higher even with the condom breaking.

A 3 months negative test result is conclusive, you do NOT have HIV

Sorry, after 3 months,  not 3 weeks. Even a 6 weeks test is highly reliable. You passed the 3 months mark already

After 3 weeks you must be sure about your test result. Experts say in some cases (treatment for cancer, iv drugs) would be conclusive until6 months post exposure.

Hey, Calm down, yes you have had a risk, but your risk is quite low due to you use of condom and it tearing, however you should test at 3 months post this exposure to obtain a conclusive result regarding your status. Do not symptom chase when trying to decide HIV, because it's more likely that the symptoms your are experiencing are due to anxiety! All the best, and relax, you are more than probably okay, it's now a waiting game!
