FREAKED AGAIN!!!

Hi all.. thanks again for all your advice and opinions. I am however crashing again. I wanted a second opinion about the small white spots on my gums, dry mouth(causing frequent mouth sores) and the lump under my tongue. It doesn't particularly hurt unles poked around at, but in any case I visited a second dentist.
They examined my mouth and apon asking me a bunch of different questions and looking closely at all the spots, they decided the small white spots on gums were indeed minor salivary glands that are "puffed" for whatever reason, but the one under my tongue didn't particularly fit the description because it doesn't hurt unless poked at for a while. Anyway, reason for my worry is : that the dentist, after examining my mouth asks "have you been tested for HIV"???? WHAT!?!?!? .  I reply "yes just last month" but immediately my fears came flooding back!!
II don't feel like I have the courage to go through testing and play the waiting game again but I'm very scared now. My dentist thinks these conditions could be related?!?!?!.
DOes anyone else think this is the case, and is my dentists concern reason for me to take this further? Just to recap, I still have the dry mouth, sores, fatigue, body aches, tender breasts, and these super tiny purple lesions on my body (mostly around hair follicles, but not like folliculitis) - my mom (and NP) say they don't look concerning and may have even been there forever, but due to my anxiety I'm examining my body more closely than ever before, thus noticing tiny things.   My NP says: "a negative is a negative, is a negative!" And doesn't want me to take this any further, but to continue caring for my anxiety.
Bottom line is, I'm scared, the dentist thing really freaked me. I'm still experiencing all these symptoms, despite that all testing i've been through seems normal. Only the single HIV test though.  My NP seems to think the majority of my symptoms are coming directly from my anxiety, but I've also read here in the forum that Dr HHH says anxiety CANNOT cause some of those things to happen.
I though I was on the right track.. and now crashing again. I'm sorry my post is soo long winded. Please, please let me know you opinion here. Thank you all soo much.  :(

Can anyone explain what  "An individual who tests negative 3 months after an exposure does not require further testing unless he/she may has had repeated exposures or if their antibody test results are incompatible with their clinical history."  means?? - Whats exactly does "anitbody test results incompatible with their clinical history" mean?? - Would that be symptoms persisting? Just want to understand the info here fully, and this particular statement has me confused!?

So, Bierce - having trainig in mental health, and having read my post, you truly believe my anxiety and stress could be causing ALL my symptoms? and believe without any doubt that my results overrule ANY symptoms, I am 100% conclusively negative?? And there is absolutely NO reason to worry and to even consider retesting?

"when NUMEROUS symptoms persist it's easy to start doubting it."

No... In fact, you are making this unnecessarily complicated.

Dear, you need to face the facts head on. If you have tested negative 3+ months after your last exposure, then you are negative. There should be no doubt in your mind. You have conclusive proof that you are not HIV positive. Your fears are a product of anxiety, and they are not rational. If these fears persist, I would highly recommend that you seek counseling. Your emotional well-being is at stake, and you should not underestimate the potential damage you are subjecting yourself to by worrying over this non-issue.

It's not about just "getting a negative result" Its about being certain I'm HIV negative. Trust me, I went through the waiting game, and yes you cant wait to get to a reliable point of time, but when NUMEROUS symptoms persist it's easy to start doubting it. That's why ive put this post here to get the opinions of the knowleodgable people here. Not to alarm the waiting worried wells.

wow there are people dying to wait to get past 3 months or even 8 weeks for a conclusive test and your here doubting your 3+ month conclusive NEGATIVE result. Alot of people would like to be in your shoes right now.

Also consider your health, are you overweight? smoke, drink? Age? Remember, people start getting old and things like this start appearing, its the harsh reality of being human and living.

BTW, use search for such a simple generic question as "could anyone tell me what is considered high risk and low risk? Is unprotected vaginal sex considered high risk only with a known HIV+ person?"

and also , in a health page here,  i Read the following;  "An individual who tests negative 3 months after an exposure does not require further testing unless he/she may has had repeated exposures or if their antibody test results are incompatible with their clinical history."
What exavtly does this indicate? - does this mean if someone shows symptoms but their test is negative, they should retest? I'm super confused?!?

Hi all!
I have been feeling really confident about my results for the past couple of days and then I started noticing things with my body having me worry again. Just wondering if anyone has anything to say.
Typically, if one has HIV - would a skin (yeast) rash be a symptom? - No vaginal yeast infection.  I Have a recurring yeast rash under a skin fold and its making me paranoid. Also, I have been having deep pimples in odd places (not like a boil, but a deep pimple) - on my legs, chest.  My skin is acting really wierd overall!! Anyway - I know I have one negative reault outside the window period for any sexual exposure. But I just keep thinking "my god, these symptoms have got to mean something!?"  My doctor can't find anythign wrong and WILL not retest me. Says I'll fall into chronic testing.
Does anyone think that these symptoms really sound alot like an HIV infection? - Early of late stage? Does anyone think that pursuing a further test will ease my fears? or is needed? Or could the anxiety and stress indeed be the soul contributing factor to these? My hubby has also been having night sweats, but no other symptoms and he typically is like a furnace anyway so that could be the reason.
Also, I have read many opinions, but I'm wonderign what you all think about the typical "nail salon exposure"? - Cuticle nipped, bled - not sure about sanitization or intact hands of nail tech.
I know you cant help me with my anxiety issue, but I'm just needing to knwo if the reassurance is there as my doc says, no retest, negative is a negative is a negative! :|
And lastly - could anyone tell me what is considered high risk and low risk? Is unprotected vaginal sex considered high risk only with a known HIV+ person? I have heard people should retest with high exposure but I don't get if that is only with an absolutely known exposure?
   Thank you.

Not an HIV concern. You don't have HIV.

You are negative if your test was 3 months after exposure.

also, forgot to add, I live in a really small community where the blood lab sends one person, they collect all samples here, take them to the closest hospital who then sends them off to a larger hospital at a nearby city to complete the testing. any risk that this could pose for a mix up in blood samples??

When were you last tested?  At least 3 months after your last possible exposure?
If so, you are NEGATIVE, and your doctors need to figure out another cause for your symptoms.

Anxiety can indeed cause symptoms.
