Fear of hiv

So I had protected sex 3 weeks ago .the sex worker also jerked me off with a condom and a minute or 2 larer she takes it off and jerks me off which i pdidnt ejaculate .10 days later I  went to the clinic which I told them the story and told me that there was no risk and only tested me for chlamydia and gonorrea which are the most commons one in montreal. Results came back negative . But I am always nervous about hiv although inside of me I now that I don't have hiv. I had a little sore throat which only lasted 2 days which caused me to freak out specialy when looking at symptoms online.  everytime I keep touching underneath my jaw to see if I have a lump it even hurts now a this point since I keep trying to find a lump which againni know I don't have.i am now scare to catch a small cold . Doctors and even in this forum keep telling me that I dont need an hiv test and that the risks are very low.my brain kills me and tries to think of any worst case scenario . If someone can tell me what are the chance of me contrainting hiv i would much appreciate it thank you I keep panicking. Also the sex worker told me she was clean and tested a month before we had sex

Here is how you get HIV, the ONLY way you'd get HIV:  if you have unprotected penetrative vaginal or anal sex or sharing of drug needles.  Hiv is inactivated by air and saliva.  Every time you have a fear of HIV, remember that.  It should alleviate the worry.  If you didn't do these things, you aren't going to get HIV.

I see thank you , i m just concern towards the fact that if there is a risk if someone touches the condom and then the penis itself the head part of the penis without the condom? I am uncircumcised.

HIV is not a worm that burrows through her had and then into your skin.
You provided the answer to your problem here " inside of me I know that I don't have hiv" so you have to find a way to believe it. You aren't believing the clinic, so consider therapy for your HIV phobia.
You don't have any medical training so there is no reason to be looking online ever for symptoms of a disease you can't have. The first step to dealing with your HIV phobia is to stop Googling symptoms because you will never be able to relax if you spend the day trying to work up HIV theories.

This situation seems to be the same as the last one you posted about. So until you get therapy to deal with your HIV phobia perhaps you should stop going to csw, since you spend so much time afterward living in terror of HIV.
