Doesnt matter. As long as your penis does not enter a bare vagina or anus. You are not at risk for Hiv.

Thanks paranoidstd, will the dried semen if present and supposed to be from a HIV positive person. Will this change my chances of being infected. Say the difference from him and me was like 15 20 mins...
