Hi i recently had unprotected sex with woman

I am having a painful burning sensation on the tip inside my urethra. I am however having a rapid heart rate and elevated blood pressure also at times i am feeling like i am getting a fever do i have hiv .

Title clearly states sex was unprotected.  

No one can diagnose you - HIV is not determined by symptoms, only a test.  We can advise you when to test if you let us know when this sexual encounter occurred.

If it was unprotected vaginal, that's a risk, but if it's oral only, no risk involved.
