Fingering in Anus at Massage Parlor

Hi Guys,

hope you are doing well, I made some stupid mistake to visit massage parlor / barbar shop in Bahrain . where gay therapist performed massage for 1 hr on my body by machine and by hand .
Not sure what ordinary oil he was using on my body but while massage he fingered in my anus several times - not sure it was deep but he was keep doing it and touching my penis.
After that he performed handjob and I ejaculated on the towel and cleaned with the tissue paper and with the same towel , Though i ask him if he keep changing the towel , If towel was used by previous customer and his sperms or any germs are there - Am i on risk ?

Ive seen his hands , I couldnt find any major cut or blood since light was low but assume if there is ?

Am I on risk of any STD?certainly HIV or other? Ive got family with kids and this stupid mistake makes me crazy.
It has happened just last night.
I'd appreciate if doctor could advise me on that .

how about mututal musterbation , towels and other things ?

I am assuming while massage - he didnt penetrate anything . if someone penetrate in anus - its not get into it .
may be its my anxiety.
do you think i should go for testing ? just in april I had conclusive HIV test after kissing a lady and recieved mutual musterbation

as per above exposure do you think i should move on with my life , no need for testing .

is there any other std risk ?
Mutual masturbation is not a risk for hiv,and those dosent need a hiv test for those event.
Risk for hiv are
1) having unprotected sex with some one known positive hiv
2)sharing needle equipment such as hiv drug positive users.

You can test if you want but its really not necessary but a negative result will actually ease your anxiety than wat we can tell you here.
Many thanks , Therapist pressed hard my groin area and joints under legs which pain alot , hope it wont be risk

I wont go for testing again since many of them told me its no risk activity
You had no risk and your test was a waste of time.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Your  encounter was a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your  encounter a risk for HIV.  No one in 40 years of HIV history got HIV from  what you did so it is unlikely that it will happen in the next 40 of your lifetime either.
I didnt go for test yet!! just ask if this encounter needed the testing of any std ? how about hepa a b c ? or any other std risk -  since you say this activity is no risk for HIV
MedHelp has other forums for those questions.
