hiv risk

I met a girl from Africa while visiting nyc. Not a prostitute ,just a regular girl. Her country has low hiv rate ,similar to usa. We ended up having vaginal sex using Trojan condoms as protection. I had a cut on my finger from yesterday with a band aid. While having sex the band aid came off and broke the scab causing its to bleed. I only noticed after I pulled out and took the condom off. My cut finger came in contact with the used condom that has her vaginal secretion on its.Is this a risk or am I safe ??

Thanks Vance. Even if that dirty condom touched an open bleeding cut ? Is the virus on a condom considered inactive / dead ?  I won't push the issue any further after this questions, ,as in aware of guidelines.
