One month ago I went have sex with commercial Sex worker but out of fear I did not had intercourse with her but I rubbed my penis over her vagina for a time period of 20 seconds I wore a condom which is provided by her but I am sure condom is intact on my penis do I have any risk of hiv sir

The only risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. Even without a condom, rubbing your penis on her would not be a risk as air inactivates the virus. But you ALSO had a condom on. No risk

Some medical sites states that even if you come into contact with the vaginal fluids while rubbing genitals there's a chance of transmission is that true ???
If that were true, then I wouldn't give the answer I did.
