Blood Test accuracy

Hello I had a protected sex she rubbed my pennies with her vagina and I did a blood test after 31 days with p24 antigen and antibody test came negative I feel something weird like heat come out of my face  the doctor examined me and said nothing wrong me with me he said it's something psychological are the test results after 31 days accurate with he blood test?

You didn't need to test as you had no risk. Protected sex is not a risk for HIV and rubbing a penis on the vagina is also not a risk. Air inactivates the virus and a condom during protected sex provides a barrier. Your doctor is telling you that it's psychological. Believe your doctor and see a psychologist.

Risks for HIV transmission include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Only those are the risks.
1)Just let me tell you 1 thing if she rubbed her vagina on my pennies  first without condom and then I wore a condom but the tip Didn't go inside just rubbing  is it possible to transfer any other std? I Did syphilis test also and is the p24 antigen and antibody test accurate after 31 days?
