HIV risk?

Hi, is there a risk of transmission from wiping anus in public toilet with tissue paper that may have had blood on it?

zero. That's the risk percentage. You don't get HIV from wiping yourself with tissue. The risks are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. You don't get hiv from touching something (and yes, that includes if it is bloody). Air inactivates the virus.

Ok, that’s good. Could I also ask (unrelated to first question) but is a 4th gen negative duo test conclusive at 31 and 54 days? Some websites suggest 90 days which is making me struggle to accept the 7/8 week one. Thanks again
if you had no risk, there is zero reason to ask about testing. Have you posted on this site before?
It sounds like you suffer an anxiety disorder. It's best to work with a doctor on this.  All fourth generation tests are considered conclusive and accurate at 28 days and beyond.
It was unrelated to my initial question, I had sex with a sex worker in May and tested 31 bad 54 days later and wanted to know if these tests are conclusive as some sites say 90 days. No I haven’t posted on this site before

Well, all of your questions were answered. And I'm guessing the sex in May was protected. :>)
