hi, i had 3 unprotected vaginal intercourse in total with a brothel csw. she told me she is screened by local clinic for STDs and HIV every month. should i be worried? what is my risk?
You were at risk for all stds, just because someone tells you they don't have a std doesn't mean its true. I would go to a clinic and get checked out. The fact you had unprotected sex with a Csw is mind boggling, for your safety always use condoms.
5-7 days for gono and chlamydia
6 weeks for syphillis. And hiv for a god indication of status.
3 months for Hiv for a conclusive result.
3 months for herpes for a good result.
Hpv- there's no hpv testing in men.

your risk is still rather high. you have no proof that she is screened, i'd get tested yourself.
moral of the story is that you should NEVER have unprotected sex with ANYONE unless you can be 100% sure they are STI free, and the only way to be sure of that is to accompany them for test results!
