HIV 4th Gen test

Hi, on the 11th August I had a exposure. I had anal sex with someone. I always touch to check if the person condoms is always on. There's one episode where I feel that it's not on, and I am not sure if I have touched wrongly and the guy put my hands on it again and it was on. I am not sure if this guy can be trusted as I not sure if he had took off the condom for awhile and penetrated me. I had a bad anal fissure after that. I went to see a doctor and get medicated on that. After few days I develop this needle pricking pain on my legs and I couldn't sleep well at night as I felt the pain. After a few days the needle pricking sensation was gone. Is this one of the symtoms for HIV ars? I went for a 4th Gen blood test after on the 24th Aug and I thought it was consider 14 days as the doc told me it was only 13days. My result was negative. Will it be a good indication on 13 days for a negative result for 4th generation blood test kit? I am really worried.

4th generation test is conclusive after 4 weeks, though it is highly reassuring in your case.

If the penetration remained protected throughout, you should not have any reason to worry about

When you said Though it is highly reassuring in my case, meaning it's a highly good indication right?
You still have to wait for 28 for a conclusive result. It is somewhat reassuring in that it was better than a positive test so try to relax until the test window period passes because nothing is pointing toward you having HIV.
I have swallon lymnodes... I am anxious. I hope two weeks later my blood test be ok. I will take a third Gen test after 28 days
