HIV/AIDS Risks From Mutual Masturbation With Spit and Pre-Cum

Last week I had an encounter with a man.  I don't know if he was HIV/AIDS positve or not. We both masturbated each other.  For sure, I know we used are spit (saliva) and maybe pre-semen (pre-***) for lubrication --not for sure about pre-*** though (lets just say yes though).  Also, he touched and rubbed the opening of my penis (urethra) with the same hand.  I reached orgasm, he didn't.  I read that HIV can be transmitted through urethra. Also, I read it can be transmitted through pre-***, but not saliva.  We didn't have oral or anal sex. NO PENETRATION WHAT-SO-EVER.  We just masturbated.  What are my risks of catching HIV/AIDS or any STD?  I am very scarred and nervous.  I don't know what to do. Please help me...
