Chances of catching HIV & taking truvada and isentress not in strict time intervals

I am freaking out and I hope I can get some answers here, I wish someone can help me please

Few days ago I was drunk and I did something with an HIV positive guy (guy A - stranger). We did not do anal, but only handjobs and blowjobs. We used condoms for blowjobs (we both sucked each other with condoms) whereas without condoms for handjobs, we used lube and I cummed on his hand and he cummed on my hand afterwards (i dont think my hand has open injuries), then, almost immediately I went to the shower and I sort of rubbed him with some shampoo. We did a lot of kissing and because it was quite warm, we sweat a lot and I kissed his body with sweats on. When we were kissing, I sort of have cracked lips but no blood, I didnt notice if he had any injuries because I was drunk, but I remembered there was no dripping blood or like exposed blood. Maybe occassionally I licked his balls. But then that is it.

I immediately went to the doctor next morning and took a normal blood test for HIV Ag/Ab antibodies, the result was negative, but I searched online, people say that the result is bound to be negative. On that day, the doctor prescribed travada and isentress to me, saying that I am considered high risk because I am certain my partner is HIV positive. I then started taking it on that day immediately.

I suddenly fear that I was with another guy (guy B - stranger) more than a week before, I asked him and he told me that he was HIV negative and he never has unprotected anal sex (I was thinking he might be lying or that he took a test before the end of the window period and thinks he is negative when he actually isn't --> but this was just what I think it could be), we sort of did anal, I am sure he was on condom and he was inside me for like 20 seconds then I couldn't take it and stopped. He then put his fingers in my arsehole for a while,I am not sure if he had wounds on his fingers. We did unprotected oral before the 'anal' and fingers, I think I ate some of his pre-cum, he sucked me too (unprotected), I don't think both of us had any visible cuts. We did a lot of kissing and some biting too(didn't cause wounds or marks).

I am currently in HK and I need to fly back to the UK a week later, I was worrying about the time of taking the meds, does it have to be strictly in a 12 hours-interval, coz in these few days I have been taking it +/- 1 hour, would that affect its effectiveness? Also, after going back to the UK I have to adjust to the changed time zone hence I will have to take the meds maybe +/- one to two hours, would that affect its effectiveness.

I am just 18 years old in high school and never been sexually active until 2 months ago, I went to clubs and meet new people just to experiment and I didn't know that I can make such a huge mess. In my entire life I have only been with 3 guys, (guy A and B) and a friend... I never did anal (except for like 20 secs with guy B), cans someone please tell me how high are my chances of getting HIV, I seriously do NOT want to be HIV positive, it would ruin my life. Thank you for replying, please... I am so worried.

The guy you had Oral sex with while you were drunk is not a risk in that you used a Condom for the sex which protected you from getting his Semen or Pre cum within your mouth. Even without a condom and he did get Semen within your mouth there would be a very low risk even then. The Highest risk for getting a HIV Infection is through Unprotected Anal sex, Unprotected Vaginal sex and Injection drug use. The Doctor probably gave you PEP because you mentioned being with someone who is a Known HIV Positive Partner and idk what you told the Doctor but it concerned him enough to put you on the PEP. Now if you want a total peace of mind take a HIV test at 3 months. But your Risk like Vance said is pretty remote. Never mix drugs or drinking with sex it will only end with you worrying!

You had no risk as Vance sir said . Also you had protected sex .blowjob is no risk . I don't know why u were put on first line therapy of issentress and truveda .and well it has side effects too . In my opinion u don't need to be tested . Post PEP 3 months hiv duo test should be performed

Thank you so much. I was thinking just IF guy B is actually the one giving me HIV virus not guy A whom I knew is HIV positive but practised safer sex, that means the pills would be rendered useless since I took them after 72 hours.

And should I just stop worrying because my risk is considered very low.

Thank you. I actually haven't been completely honest about the whole story, I knew he was HIV before we did anything, he told me, I obviously was not thinking straight at all... I was drunk and I do not know why the hell I would still do it with him... and I lied about my age, I said I am in uni but in fact I am still in high school (18 y/o) He was an upright guy and he had personal reasons not to have sexual contact with anyone in high school, but I lied to him and made him the person he doesn't want to be, I greatly regret it and he was so upset afterwards... I apologised a trillion times, I am so sorry for all that I have done, I have never done something so wrong before, if I hadn't lied to him, nothing between us would have happened... but I dont know what I was thinking at all......... I am soooooo worried that even tho we did safe sex, God or a higher power would find a way to punish me because I lied and made him a person he doesn't want to be, so in return, I have to suffer with HIV.......Please don't let this happen, I would do anything to undo what I did.... Do you think my chances are high in getting HIV after knowing the entire story? (or that he didn't want to do it with a high school boy because he thinks there still is a chance that he can pass the virus on even with those precautions) Please reply, I can't sleep at all for 3 nights....I am so worried and I learnt an awful lot, it's all my fault and I regret every second of it.... I lied and its my fault....
