HIV Blood on tongue please help

Hi sorry to bother you all I can understand that you're all busy people. I just have three quick questions please.

Yesterday I bit my tongue and it bled. From reading on the internet I have heard that even a single drop of blood on the tongue can cause hiv to get in to the bloodstream. Is this correct that with a bleeding tongue you can get hiv this way?

My second question is whilst my tongue is healing (as in today it will have had just under 24 hours) would I be at risk if I got somebody else's blood in my mouth. (Not neccesary kissing. I deliver food to people and if I was too touch somebodys hand which had blood on it and then accidently put it in my mouth and that blood went on my tongue would I still be at risk of getting hiv?

Also thirdly out of curiousity and the fact that I have read different answers but no answer seems to be the same on the internet in general, how long does your tongue take to heal?

I hope you're all well and having a great day.

I would really appreciate an answer to all three questions preferably as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,

Hi James thank you for replying to me. So you're saying even if you got someones blood on your tongue which is HIV you would still not be at risk. Even if your tongue is cut at the time. Kind Regards,
