The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.
You cannot get HIV from anyone's hands or fingers - not your hands/fingers, not anyone else's hands/fingers, even if those hands/fingers have cuts or scrapes on them. The same goes for your tongue.
