Hand Job/Fingering Risk

In April I got a massage from man. After the massage was over I jerked him off as he was fingering my ass. He ejaculated on my hand and I then finished masterbating myself as he resumed fingering me. He also stroked himself a bit and I’m not sure if he then introduced his semen in my ass putting me at risk for HIV. Also could I have gotten his semen in my uretha as well, putting me at risk?
Approximately 2 weeks after I started having itching on the top of my penis just behind the head and slight discomfort urinating. I also had rectal itching. Saw my urologist and he did a urine culture that revealed an e.Coli UTI. Treated with antibiotics and it cleared up.
At approximately 5-6 weeks I had a few intermittent nights of night sweats, no flu symptoms or fever. At week 10 while on trip to Bermuda I developed rash of red dots on the insides of both arms and on forearms. I had been snorkeling as well so figured it may be something from the sea water, it went away after a week. At week 11 I developed a bad cold the day after our trip, bad congestion, cough, went away after about a week, then my wife got it. We had been having unprotected sex so made me wonder if I could have given her HIV? At 14 weeks I still have weird skin issues, like folliculitis, my hair’s actually hurt if my clothes rub against it.
I did an antibody test at 21 days from public health, it was from a vein draw. Was negative. The tech said it’s a pretty good indicator but I could confirm at 3 months, but from the description of the event he said it don’t seem likely that I contacted HIV.
I’m now afraid to take the confirmation test as my anxiety has been off the charts for 3 months and my mind has convinced me I have it, given the night sweats and weird rash.
Again, no intercourse but could I have still gotten it from the semen transfer?
Thanks in advance!

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You cannot get HIV from anyone's hands or fingers - not your hands/fingers, not anyone else's hands/fingers, even if those hands/fingers have cuts or scrapes on them.

You cannot get HIV from blood or fluid landing on ANY part of your body. HIV requires direct contact (penis rubbing inside a vagina or anus) in order to transmit. If in doubt, re-read items 1 and 2 listed above.

You had ZERO RISK for HIV or any STDs.  There is no information you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV. You don't need to test for anything.

Thank you ma’am! The mind can be a brutal thing. Thanks again for the info.

You need no testing as this was not a risk for HIV transmission. The risks for HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs.  Hand jobs and fingering in anus are NOT risks for HIV. Air inactivates the virus. Your infection that you got was treated but unrelated to HIV.  Testing at 21 days is not an accurate test if it was a 4th generation test but you still do not need any more testing.  You had zero risk for HIV and therefore could not get it or give it to your significant other. When your brain starts to convince you of something that isn't real or true, it's called anxiety.  A therapist can really help with that.

Thank you very much for your timely response. Yeah, I know how the mind can take you down rabbit holes and convince you of something. All the logic tells me no risk but my mind says “what if”. A vicious circle . Thanks again! Have a great weekend!
You're welcome. Internet is not anxiety's friend, remember that. Stay busy and let this worry pass.
Just tested negative at 103 days. It was you and Curfews knowledge and advice that gave me the confidence and strength to overcome my fear of testing. I spent 103 convinced I had HIV. So, thank you so much for being a rock of information in a sea of misinformation. Thank you again Sir.
Hmmm, this was the advice but you tested anyway? "You need no testing as this was not a risk for HIV transmission."
No one told you to take your placebo test. It is time to move on.
