HIV mutual masterbation

Hey y'all went to doctors in Aug 29 for an std exam got my blood vile taken on September 25 and was sent to the lab and was said to be negative I am guessing my exposure was before August 1st sometime in July when I purchased my new bow.me and my partner had protected anal intercourse for about 2 Mon spurts made out a lot and jerked each other off till be can on each others stomachs.I am so scared right now as I get ready to go back for my second test in march I have had a cold I cant shake and going to doctors tonight I feel like HIV is wreaking my immune system if I have it but how reliable are my 7-9 week results and how reliable is a blood vile test that is sent to the lab compared to a rapid test the test ahe used was std exposure it said on paper please help
