Is this HIV?

I had an encounter with a sex worker.  I did not penetrate her at all. I kissed her briefly on the lips and I think her tounge touched my lip - my lip had an abrasion. I rubbed her vagina over her pants before she took her panties off. She rubbed my penis over clothing with her mouth but no mouth contact happened, I then titty f**ked (penis between her breasts) her without a condom and ejaculated. I felt her fluids came on the bed sheet and that touched my leg. I also sucked her nipples briefly which worries me because of the abrasion in my lip. She also tried to scratch my back but there was no blood. We went to sleep and nothing else happened except some touching of her breasts and kissing her back but stayed away from any bodily fluids. 8 days later, I came down with a fever, chills and diarrhea. The diarrhea lasted for two days but I felt I had a fever for the next few days but there was no fever -  From Day 9 to Day 17th, I had pain under the arms, the neck and sometimes in the groin and a large brownish/bluish spot developed in both arm pits.  I just felt pain and discomfort under the arms and pain the neck and occasionally in the groin. ER doctor who looked at my throat said he saw white spots on my tonsils and gave me Augmenteen and said the discoloration of the skin under the arms were Contact Dermtitis. Symptoms went away, then I got some groing pain with movement but the doctor did not feel any lymph nodes in the groin. Could it be the lip abrasion  and the brief kiss or sucking of nipples? did some of her vaginal fluid came in contact with the penis without me realizing? - I did not penetrate her at all though. Can I get HIV this way? I am terrified of getting tested. I also don't remember if the penis touched her pubic area inadvertrntly. I did not see any evidence of blood anywhere but she had many teeth with fillings.  Do I need to get tested? Am I a risk to my spouse? Are these the symptoms and timing of ARS?

Even the penis inadvertently brushed against her vagina or bladder? I am also concerned that her tooth fillings and color of teeth were indicative of poor mouth hygine and that she could have touched my lips with her tounge. The symptoms I am having are just scaring me and I feel so much guilt for what I have done!

I am surprised that you don't think that if I am thinking her vaginal fluids moght have come into brief contact with the penis that would not be a huge risk..Am I missing something about HIV? I tried very hard to stay away from any fluids.

Am I missing something about HIV? YES, Education

You had no risk, HIV is inactive and unable to infect once exposed to air.

So, if the penis brushed against the vagina there would be no risk the virus getting in through the urethera?

Took a PCR test today and also a screening test at 4 1/2 weeks. We will see what comes out of it. How accurate is the PCR? Is the ELISA any good at 4 1/2 weeks?

Thank you Teak

I am worried. I remembered brushing my teeth just before the kissing activity - and I know her tounge touched my tounge for a few seconds. The symptoms I had and the dark patches of skin under the arm pits are concerning me (Is this a symptom of early infection?). I also started developing symptoms of pain in the groin area and burning sensation when urinating (are these symptoms of early infection?). I am very concerned and anxious. I keep trying to remember if there was any contact between the urethera and the vagianl fluids - there was no penetration but it could have been a brief moment of brushing against the vaginal opening on the outside - I know I had my clothes on most of the time. Could I have irritated the skin of the penis by masturbation and that touched her vagina later? I am just very very confused and worried. I hear everyone saying no risk or low risk but I have been having all these other symptoms and I am not sure what they are from. Doctor gave me antibiotics for some bacteria they found on my throat but there is no UTI that would cause the burining sensation on the penis and the bladder/testicle pain I had for the last two weeks.

I am not sure of how accurate the PCR is and whether it has false positives? I am awaiting the results but they told me it takes two weeks for the PCR result. I will know the ELISA result on Monday - but that is too early to be conclusive.
