HIV Fear From Semen On Fresh Anal Cut

I hooked up with a 60 year old guy man last night. He first put me in his lap and started to play with my anus with his two fingers. I remember he tried to open it using both his hands. It started to hurt me so I stopped him. After kissing me all over my body he then kept the head of his penis on my anus and pressed hard. He did not penetrate inside. He then ejaculated outside all over the floor although I think some of his semen or precum might have contacted my anus as I could feel something wet and sticky when I touched my anus. After he went away, I checked my anus and there was no blood but what freaked me out was there was one part on the corner of my anus which still hurt as I touched it which I guess might be a small cut he caused me while he was playing with my anus using both his hands. Now I am very worried about possible HIV infection from his semen and precum touching my anus cut as it was just a matter of 4 to 5 mins between his fingering me and rubbing his penis head on my anus cut. So taking this into account my cut was very fresh and recent and his precum/semen came in direct contact with my freshly formed cut. I would like to know what are my risk of contacting HIV for this exposure.‎

But he was rubbing his penis head against my anus...so don't you think that his semen did not have any exposure to air cause there was no space between his penis head and my anus and it instantly could have touched my anal cut as he ejaculated within just a matter of 1 second. Still it's no risk?

If he did not penetrate, your risk does not exists. Body fluids exposed to ambient oxygen, can not infect others.
