HIV transmission from nipple sucking

I visited a strip club yesterday and got a lap dance and during that time was sucking on the nipple of the stripper. Strangely I felt some secretion from one of her nipple. I stopped immediately. To make matters worse my tongue was sore from the day before.
I thought this was not a risk (didnt think that she could secrete something) originally. Also before the lapdance she mentioned she has only one 5 year old boy (shouldnt be actively lactating). Given the situation I asked several reputed help lines like state hiv hot lines and gmhc hotlines. Normally they are very informative. They told me this exposure will count equivalent to a oral transmission. I am very scared now, as this seems like an exposure I never thought was possible.
Please help

babys get hiv from breast milk. I guess they get enough quantitiy. I had a general question which may be helpful for everyone here. Please chime in experts.

Is only 1 HIV particle in any body fluid enough to infect someone. or it takes a lot of virus particles to invade the immune defense ?

But GMHC told me there is a slight risk and the risk is as low as receptive oral sex.

GMHC told me it is almost same risk as receptive oral.

Can you please elaborate why HIV cant be transmitted that way ? I had sore on my tonngue. Doesn't that increase the risk ?
