paranoid and scared

Hello I'm 33, a straight male from the Philippines. I had an ELISA test on March 26 of this year the test was negative. On April 10, I had casual sex with a call girl, she gave me unprotected oral sex and we had protected vaginal sex after. On May 9, I had sex with the same call girl. this time I fingered her vaginal. I later noticed that I have a  small cut on my left index finger, which seems to be a couple of days old. As to this lady's status, I am not sure. Since yesterday morning I have been having diarrhea.
Now for my questions
1. Can someone get HIV from unprotected oral sex when there seems to be on open sore on the penile gland? ( i'm not sure if the lady has some cuts in her mouth)

2. Can someone get HIV from vaginal fingering when  one has a smal cut on the finger which seems to be a flesh wound and I assume it's half healed?

3. Is diarrhea alone an early HIV symtom? I don't have any swollen lymph node, i have no rashes and I have no fever.

I hope to hear from anyone about this because I am getting scared and paranoid.... thank you all

Absolutely.  I gave you the list of ways HIV is spread.  And do not listen to iswara.  Whoever they are, what they said makes absolutely no sense and they're probably just trying to troll the site.
