HIV QUERIES

These days I've been having too much of oral sex with different ladies. I've had many blowjobs but all with a condom on. At times I've even had two or three lip kisses as well. So I just wanted to know am I at any risk??  How safe is blowjob with a condom on? I've read that these viruses are so small that the small pores in the condoms are more than enough for them to enter our body. Am I right?  As I'm living in a community locality, a visit to a doctor would be like publishing in the newspaper. The news would spread like fire. So I rather not visit a doctor unless I'm at that much risk for a test. Please help me with an adequate response. Thank you.

I am a 28 Y old guy, I was exposed to HIV in Dec 2010 where I had unprotected sex with a girl that I don’t know her status.
During the past months I ve been through a difficult time wondering if I have HIV not.
I have had some symptoms, consistent cold sores and mouth ulcers (more frequent than I ever had ) sore throat that lasted for a week in addition to general fatigue. I visited the doc for irritation that i have felt in my throat for months which my doctor described as a depression sign(no difficulty in eating or drinking)
I decided to test after 8 month of my exposure, Aug 6th, I tested Human immundefeciany virus 1&2 Ag/Ab serum which came out at 0.29 negative (less than 0.9 negative, 0.9 to 1to retest and above 1 positive).

Currently I am witnessing an excessive underarm sweating and I had a penile abscess that required a surgery, all blood test came out normal but I still have this fear that prevents me from moving on with my life. Is it wise to re test or I should move on?

Thanks

oral sex does not transmit hiv...with OR without a condom.

you were at no risk and do not need testing.
