Acute retroviral syndrome / Acute HIV syndrome. Virus cannot live outside from the host. Saliva cannot transmit HIV. You're worrying way way needlessly. Just relax and stop thinking about the incident because you NEVER NVER had any exposure.

Dude, what are you thinking that the symptoms you're experiencing are ARS? ... There's NO way and NO HOW you will have symptoms of HIV since you never had any exposure. Your symptoms are not HIV related.

HIV transmissions are, unprotected vaginal / anal sex, sharing iv drug works / needles and mother to child. The virus cannot live outside from the host, once expose to air it becomes inactive. A rupture / a cut or etc... in the finger is not enough to give a possible way of the virus to ones blood stream or veins.
