HIV Rash

Hi

I had unprotected sex around 4 months ago now and for the past 8 weeks i have had a non-itchy rash on my groin / hip area. Also had sore lymth glands in my neck for about 6 weeks

Are these a sign of HIV rash? Does the rash last this long or do you think i am just being silly?
