HIV Rash

I had unprotected anal sex a couple weeks ago. I developed a red, flat, semi-itchy, weirdly-shaped rash on my chest on Saturday and it’s already going away today (Wednesday). My question: can one single rash like mine be a common symptom of HIV with no other symptoms. I’m getting tested this week.

Take a duo test after 4 weeks or wait 3 months if you take any other test. There is nothing else to say and nothing to do but test.
There are no symptoms that can help diagnose hiv infection, otherwise there would be no need to take a test. No one here pays attention to symptoms and you shouldn't worry about the rash either -  try not to study your body while you wait to test.
