HIV Risk from Oral Receptive

Hi,

I apologise in advance if this question as been asked or answered many times before.

I recently and unprotected oral sex with a ladyboy in Indonesia, i received and gave. Ejaculation was reached with hands outside of the mouth. There was no anal sex, only oral! I asked if she had any STD's and had been checked and she told me she had none and had been checked, easily could have lied!

Wondering if someone could tell me if i should get an HIV test at the appropriate time or if this encounter does not require an HIV test?

Thank you for your time, greatly appreciated,

Hi with reagrds to this exposure there is no need to test for hiv. But if you will continue to be sexually active. Have a full std panel test every 3-6 months for your own health and security.

Last question, why would you not recommend testing? Is receptive oral not a risk especially in Indonesia with a lady boy and unknown status?

Thanks again for all your help,
