hiv transmission

Can hiv spread through paper cut (Non bleeding) if it comes in contact with hiv positive blood?

I tried searching for answer before posting on this forum but all   available articles on net state different answers. Some say that there are chances but rare . It gets me in panicked mode.
Sorry I am not justifying myself this I what I go through.
Sorry I will try and control my anxiety and won't ask questions.

You're having trouble believing or understanding the replies you've had on other threads.  HIV is ONLY transmitted by unprotected sex or shared injection equipment. It is never transmitted in the environment by exposure of cuts etc. Even if in theory this could occur, it has never been known to happen.

There is no point in continuing to ask questions about nonsexual, non-needle-sharing risks. The answers will always be the same.
