HIV Scare taking me over

Hi all, how's it going? I know similar things have been posted, but not under my exact circumstances, so wanted to post. On October 7th, 2010 I had sex with a man who had told me he was HIV+ in the aftermath. This has always been a big fear of mine. My situation went as follows:
1.) We made out for a bit, deep mouth kissing of course. My worry here is that I do not have the most impeccable oral health and may have had a small sore in my mouth.
2.) I was the insertive partner in protected anal sex. My worries here are that a.) I had not supplied the condom myself and it was not one that I had brought with me; I'm worried that it may have been old and ineffective, though it did not break. b.) I had taken adderall the night before and am worried that I had acquired a few small cuts while masturbating. That stuff makes you last forever and it may have been a bit irritated. and c.) he had used poppers though, I did not. I read those can increase risk?

I went to the ER and started taking PEP around 35ish hours after exposure. I got 2 weeks worth and took it every 12 hours for the entire 28 pills. I could not afford to refill the rest of it as I do not have health insurance. My PEP was Combivir.

About a week or so into PEP, I noticed small lymph nodes on the back and side of my neck, I also have them under my collar bone. They range from a little smaller than a pea to maybe one that's apprx. bean sized. They are not tender to the touch, just swollen. I blamed it on the antiretroviral medications however, they are still there now. It's been about 3 weeks since my last dose.

Other than that I don't notice much else as symptoms. My chest/ribs feel soreish to the touch, I'm not sure how related that is or could be. My arms and legs have been falling asleep, as well. That could be for many reasons though.

I just want to know what my risk factors were with the above given situations. Be honest with me, I'm not looking for comfort just answers. I got tested with an oraquick at 4.5 weeks and it came out negative, but it was a bit early. I also got negative results for syphillis(sp?), ghonnorea(sp?), and herpes.

Thanks so much, this is eating me alive

you had protected sex, no risk! but since the condom may have been old, get tested at 3 months past exposure! im sure you will be fine

I will also add that I am a generally healthy, 22 year old, white guy in Boston with a pretty good immune system. I'm not sure how that would effect ARS
