HIV Test accuracy

Hello
I have a really bad case of anxiety after a possible exposure
I tested at 8 weeks using a hiv 1.2.0 test casset which came out negative and again at 12 weeks (81) days it was negative
I want to know if I can trust these results and move on? Could they be accurate

I believe it was protected but I was drunk and can’t really remember
we can't tell you if your sex was protected or not.   All tests are conclusive at 3 months. You don't have HIV.
I appreciate the reply
So I can move on from it with the 81 day test
You don't have HIV.
