Dear Sir/Ma`am,
Assuming I go meet a sex worker and she happens to have HIV. What are the chances of me getting HIV from her if i lick by mistake say a CUT on her neck or stomach or any other part of the body ?

Your chances are zero.
As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.
If you do not do either of those things, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV. You had NO RISK for HIV and you do not need to test.
