"5 days after I had oral sex I started to get a fever and the chills. Felt like my body shut down and I was exhausted and felt sick to my stomach and could not eat really. Any Ideas?"
Ain't HIV. It's the season for nasty, community-acquired viruses (cold, flu, etc.), which you could have caught from your partner, or the check-out girl at Walmart, etc.
"I got blood work done last Friday... I am going to get more blood work done in the next 2.5 weeks which will bring it to a month in total. Do you think that is okay? Do you think 2 months is solid?"
Your blood work was medically unnecessary. If you must prove to yourself that you didn't catch HIV, I would suggest that you have one final test at 6 weeks and accept that you didn't catch HIV from your non-exposure.
