HIV and Anxiety

I am hoping you can help. i suffer with anxiety issues and have recently been on my stag do. We went to a strip club where i was bought a dance or two. During one of these, my hands were on the ladies hamstring/backside area. i felt a bit uncomfortable and am now convinced i have HIV, even though i did not sleept# with her, i am convinced i may have touched her inappropriately and have cuts on my hands (from chewing my nails and skin around the nails). i have no evidence to support this and think it may be my anxiety, but could you please direct me to the chances of me even getting HIV had i touched a girl with cuts on my hands.

Many thanks Lizzie, maybe your right. i do feel bad about going, but it was my batchelor party. Although i don't think i did touch her, can you get HIV from any form of touching in inappropriate areas (private parts). The whole experience has very much heightened my anxiety and wouldn't to do anything to hurt my other half.
must be suffering from guilt...it's NOT hiv.
