HIV by kissing pierced nipple ?

I went to a massage parlour 20 days back...During the massage, I kissed her breasts for a couple of times....I then noticed her nipples were pierced....I am now worried of HIV risk ....I read in the internet that a nipple piercing takes  plenty of months to heal.....also my lips are often cracked due to cold weather....could this be a way for HIV transmission assuming she is HIV+ ? I am now very anxious as I am experiencing body pain and chills during night after 2 weeks of this incident....

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

As you can see, kissing a pierced nipple, even with chapped lips, is not on this list. Kissing ANY body part is never a risk for HIV.  Whatever is causing your pain and chills has nothing to do with HIV.
