More ARS symptoms 7 weeks after exposure

I had a very high risky exposure with a csw.lt was protected but l realised after the other half part of my penis was soaked in her semen and l just wiped it off with a tissue. The same night l later on had unprotected sex with my stay-in girlfriend. The next morning l noticed l had syphilis and l went to the clinic for treatment. 48hrs after exposure my doc gave me pep pills but when l arrived home l felt l had to share with my gf so l just removed the labels on the pep drugs and l lied and we started on pep but since tge drugs wer meant for 1 after 2 weeks they were finished and l was stupid enough not to get more due to the side effects. Two weeks after the half dose of pep was finished l went to a foreign country where am currently residing. As soon as l arrived l started to have all kinds of ARS symptoms and my gf back si also complaining of the same symptoms, night sweats, thrush, painful neck, headaches, fever, chills, nightmares, joint and muscle pain, diarrhoea, flu(for my gf for about 4 weeks),loss of appetite, weight loss, nausea, painful eyes.l have had a rapid test (the name of the kit is hiv 1/2 antibody test kit colloidal gold) at 5 weeks after the pep finished which came out negative. I also had rapid tests for syphilis and multiple hepatitis B which all came back negative. I also had a oral test which was negative. On the 6th week after pep l had another hiv rapid test the same one and it came back negative. During the 7th week l had an oral test at home which came back negative.Am now waiting for my 8th week which is due next week Tuesday. But the ars symptoms havent disappear up to now l still have daily headaches, night sweats, thrush, sour throat, loss of appetite and weight, nausea. And anxiety is killing between l got tested by the medical examination centre of this country am in and results are due next week Thursday if am positive l could loose my scholarship and job as well.

I don't think you needed PEP.  If you had used a condom and the tip of your penis was covered there was no risk involved.  I personally, strongly condemn the fact that you drugged your partner with PEP medication with out her knowledge and consent.  That was uncalled for.

However, keeping this to the point - 2 factors : A.  You never had a risk & B. Even for some one with a real risk, 7 week negative changing ahead is unlikely (Many experts would consider it conclusive) clearly tells that HIV is not your problem.  Please see your doctor for the cause of your and your girl friend's discomforts, those can't be attributed to HIV.
