Am I at risk for HIV?

I am a guy and I had a sex with some random girl without condom. She is not a sex worker and only had 2 or 3 times of sex she said. I know it couldn’t be true or not. I give her some oral sex for few seconds, 1 min maximum and I was finished without inside her vagina as It was my first time experience and it only lasts 1 or 2 minutes for 3 three times on 3-march 1AM, 2:30AM and 5:30AM. I took a PEP (dolutegravir 50mg, Lamivudine 300 mg and tenofovir 300 mg) on 91 hours of first exposure and now I am scared of HIV and syphilis. Before taking a blood test it was completely negative and now I have a plan to test duo after 28 days of PEP finished.
1. What are the chances of protecting with PEP?
2. I can have hiv or syphilis in my current situation or not?
Now I am in my one week of exposure and no other symptoms are happening except from some mosquito bites itching since our country is in Summer.

Please help me with suggestions doctors
Thanks in advance.
I am sorry if my english was bad

So, you had unprotected vaginal intercourse? Okay, that is less than 1 percent chance of transmission if this what occurred (oral is not a risk for HIV). LESS than ONE percent. So, the odds are very unlikely. That anyone gave you pep for this is beyond me as it was not warranted. Pep is to be reserved for having penetrative vaginal or anal sex with someone confirmed HIV positive only. It has a ton of side effects and your risk was so low that HIV experts would not give it for your exposure.

I'd consider not taking it any longer. Test at 28 days with a 4th generation duo test to confirm you are negative. Buy some condoms.

I did some penetration vaginal sex for 3 times with 1 or 2 minutes each with oral for one time 1 min max. So how is the less than one percent chance of transmission with a randon girl who is unknown status. I am so scared and I swear I won’t do like that again in my entire life. Thats why I start taking pep to be more secure and also drink 5 liters of water per day. Please help me
** I am having trouble posting. **  Hope the system picks this up to post it.  I have tried twice to post it.

Couple of things. First, your follow up response does not change a thing that this was LOW risk. And Pep is not given unless someone is confirmed positive for HIV by hiv experts so whomever gave that to you is outside the lines of normal protocol. Maybe it was your unnecessary extreme anxiety and the doctor is weak and gave in. But you don't need pep. And drinking water has nothing to do with anything. There is nothing to help you with unless you want to be encouraged to see a therapist for anxiety. which IS a good idea as people have sex without freaking out over it every time. Next time wear a condom to be RESPONSIBLE and get tested at 28 days after you take your last dose of pep (which you should stop taking that, you don't need it but regardless --- after the last dose) and expect it to be negative.
Thank you for your prompt response I am really appreciate. I am scared because she was not a sex worker but she said she only had three times of HS (maybe three or more who knows) and she would have sex with people by paying her (she’s from karaoke girl *in my country karaoke is same goes to massage parlor*).
1.About that fact the answer if still the same?
2.Do I have to drop my pep?
I am sorry if I be problem to you.
you are repeating yourself. My answer is what I already said. You said she is not a sex worker and now you change it. She was paid for sex 3 times? Pep is for confirmed HIV positive partners. I wouldn't take pep for this. You decide for yourself. Test at 28 days after your last does. that's all there is to say. good luck
