HIV from a pipe?

So about 2 1/2 weeks ago I meet up an hiv positive guy and I completely was aware with this. I came over and we proceeded to smoke some meth from a glass pipe. We did not kiss, have oral or anal sex, not even did we touch each other. He had no visual sores or cuts on his mouth where I might contract the virus but this is what gets me- although we didn't have sex we did masterbate together and he released before me and cleaned up nothing was spilled on me or the pipe but he did use the pipe after he released. And I also used it before and after I was masterbating, keep in mind I  touch the head of my penis including the inside or urethra. Although there was no direct contact with any bodily fluid, do you think :
- it's possible to get hiv from a pipe?
- how long does it take for hiv to die outside of the body?
-could I have gotten hiv from this?
By the way, my body feels odd I feel a little more tired, I feel nauseous sometimes but I don't have fever and I don't have night sweats nor do i have swollen glands but I have noticed a brownish patch on my hand not sure if that might be related? I have been taking antivirals like truvada and istentress a week or two before I met this guy.
Anyway, please someone help I'm terrified!!
