IF there was blood on the blade (highly unlikely)...it would have been exposed to air. this exposure renders hiv inactive and unable to infect.
this is the THIRD time you have been told this.
kindly move on...you do NOT have a hiv concern.
I know that it is unusual to get infected..but my only concerned is the infected blade which was reused on me and I got cut with it...
Why you guys are telling that the blade will not be infected ?
You can't get infected at a barber shop unless you have unprotected sex or share needles with the barber or other customers. Nobody has ever been infected by getting a hair cut.
But it was used immediately i.e after only 5 mins..do u think it is enough time to get the virus deactivated?
Please answer for the last time..
You can get married next month without any stress or anxiety because like we told you earlier you never had a risk of hiv transmission from the situation you described even if there was blood on the blade and it contained the virus it would become inactive as soon as it left its living host and therefore would lose its ability to infect.Enjoy your wedding and learn to relax because you never had a risk. All the best.
But if there was some blood and I was cut by the blade...still will u say it is no risk? Please answer me as I am getting married next month....
You were just told why it is not a risk. Read what was written.
Thanks buddy,
But my real concern is if the blade had blood on it and I got cut with it, even then will it be no risk and why ?
You can stop being nervous because hiv is unable to reproduce outside its living host,it becomes inactive and therefore unable to infect. You never had a risk.Take care.
