Proper dosing of PEP

I had an unprotected vaginal intercourse about 18 days ago, I started to use Pep after 3 hours of intercourse but after 11 days I had a brief unprotected vaginal intercourse again with the same girl, should I use more 11 days of Pep? What should I do?

Ask your doctor.  But from what I've read, there is mixed opinions on this. Some would say 1.  yes, extend your PEP for another 11 days.  Some would say 2. PEP at that point is working as Prep and you would not be infected by your second exposure.  and some would say 3. you should never have unprotected sex while on PEP for fear that pregnancy could occur and that could cause issues to an unborn child.  So, talk to your doctor to see if they want you to extend PEP for longer or if they think you don't need to.
