HIV niddle injected while traveling in train

Hi Team,

I am 38 years male from Mumbai (India). I was travelling to my office by train. it was crowdy as usual.

when I reached office. I found two small wounds near to vein area on my hand.  I dont know from where it came .  I didn't feel the wounds. It was reddish but not bleeding when i checked.

I thought somebody has injected  HIV tainted blood or serum in vein while travelling in train.

Could you please answer my questions?

1. As I didn't feel wound (How it happened) ,  I  had 5 rabies shot from doctor that I didn't feel those.

Similarly do you think Will I feel it if someone injected HIV blood/serum on my hand in vein?

2. Should I go for HIV testing?

Thanks & Regards
Ganesh Jadhav

This is an HIV Prevention form, not a "did somebody stab me with a needle?" forum.

The fantasy that you were stabbed by someone on a train and didn't know it is irrational. The fantasy that anyone is running around with HIV-blood filled syringes and stabbing people is irrational.

This did not happen and you had no risk for HIV.  Please speak to a mental health counselor about your irrational thoughts.
