Window period of HIV test

I have unprotected sex on 7/26 around 11 pm and I am planning to get tested for HIV combo test 4 weeks after.  That means I should be tested on 8/23 at 11pm. My doctor only have appointment on that day at 8 AM. Do it mean that I am still within the window period ? Does I matter If I take the test 12-13 hours early ?

You can do HIV RNA test, results are accurate if taken after 11 days of exposure

4 weeks is what doctors recommend and it’s a great estimate, it doesn’t mean you literally have to go 28 days after exposure. There is enough studies out there that shows that combo tests can be accurate even after 2-3 weeks of exposure. Try not to worry too much, just focus on something else in life for now.

Senseless question ,it does not cause any difference on test .Even one or two days doesn't differ any difference.
It doesn't matter on hiv test .
